Freebies Every Business Should Give To Their Customers

Freebies Every Business Should Give To Their Customers

Costumers love quality products and services, nice customer support, quick and effective responses, but the one thing they love the most (and let’s be honest, we all love it the most) are free things. Of course, you are not going to give free stuff just like that, but giving away some freebies every now and then can actually help you get money, rather than losing it.

Free products generate excitement on consumers and make people talk more about your brand, so it stays longer in their heads instead of passing through like the hundred different brands we all hear about daily. If you want to know what you can give away to get this effect, here you have some freebies to give away to your customers:

  • Gift cards: A real classic, and for a good reason. Gift cards are a great tool because they ensure that the receiver will trade them, and most people buy or spend more money than the initial card value. You’re not only giving something away, but you’re also inviting someone to experience your business, so you might end up without a shirt or a cup of coffee, but get yourself a new regular client
  • POP Material: Pens, notepads, mugs, caps, stickers; they’re all pretty cheap and easy to brand. Just put your company’s logo on them, and you have objects that people can actually use and will showcase your business’ graphic identity. You can give them to your employees, and they’ll surely give some away to family and friends. If you sell products, you can put stickers inside of bags and packed boxes, and just like that, you’re spreading word of your business for a very low cost.
  • Previews: Allow some of your customers to know about a new project, product, service, sale, or event before the rest of the public. You can do this as easily as sending a direct message on social media. This kind of dynamic creates a strong bond between a customer and a brand since clients can experience a more personal treatment and might develop loyalty for it.
  • Parties and events: What’s better than a party? Celebrate special occasions like anniversaries, holidays, or the launching of a new product organizing special events, and invite your clients to come. You can put out particular promos so more people come and gather both regular and new clients; that celebration excitement will get them hooked with your business, so they will probably come back, even if it’s a regular day.

Think of freebies more like an investment rather than just a gift. People spend money on brands they trust someway and giving them the chance to experience it without spending money first provides a sense of comfort and security, because they get to know how it works and if they like it they will surely come back another time. It also allows a business to reach new customers, so if they’re part of a well-developed marketing strategy they can upgrade a company’s profits and success in unexpected ways.
